I am selling the idea of creating a new anchor, known as: Multi-derectional anchor. This anchor features a drop-down in the water when the tide is up-down, the anchor automatically adjust the vessels in accordance with the derection of water, even when the boats are out at the sea, the anchor will automatically adjust the boats in the derection of the wind. When the storm changes its direction, the anchor immediately changes its direction, too.Sailors, fishermen do not have to go out,pull up and drop down again the anchor, as the storm are always changing its direction. In dangerous situations, the human lives are more secure than before so much more.

Second idea: Creation of a new anchoring rope named: Wind control rope. The feature of this anchoring rope is it can control the wind when seeing a storm phenomenon, in any river or in the sea, one just drop down the anchor, the anchor will automatically adjust the boat in the direction of the wind. The rope will automatically control wind, reducing the speed of the storm. Upgrade safety for seafarers, fishermen and passengers, ships, boats on the ocean circulation (including warships).
The boats going out to sea, upon being hit by storms dropping the anchor rope down. The Multi-directional anchor will automatically adjust the boats in the direction of the wind. The rope will automatically control the storm, reducing the speed of the wind, making wind power lost, not destructive; upgrade safety for the people and boats. The boats that are parkerd in the harbor, in the river, being hit with storms, using the storm control rope totie into the port piers, tree bases, then the wire will automatically manage the power of the wind, the windstorm will reduce its aggressive attack, nolonger accidents occur like the ship having been tied to the port pier still be snapped of the rope, put out to sea, submerged into wrecks as in the port of Da Nang in the past.

Selling a complete new creative idea then will sell the next selling the idea. The Buyers of the selling the idea multi-directionl anchor (for example) is entitled to buy the next control rope and vice versa.
